MWR REQUEST FORM FOR FACILITIES & EQUIPMENT
Requests for MWR Facilities and Equipment are accepted for official unit training programs only.
All requests must be submitted through a dot.mil email account.
All requests for MWR facilities for training must be in writing. We prefer two weeks notice to close a facility for your usage. MWR will determine the best facility for your usage. Facilities include the gymnasium, the aerobic training room on the first floor, the cross fit training room in the basement and the softball field. Exclusive usage is not guaranteed based on numbers training, lead time of the training request and the number of personal training. Failure to provide two weeks notice can result in shared usage. Command functions can void all reservations with little or no notice.
No facility can be reserved during prime time fitness training - Monday to Friday 11:30 - 12:30
Training equipment includes mats, stop watches, pylons, sit and reach measurement tool; If other equipment is required, include it in your request & MWR will make every attempt to fulfill your needs.
PLEASE NOTE: Our Pick-Up And Drop-Off Hours are between 08:00 - 13:00, Mon - Fri. MWR does not have the staff to prepare your facility or load your equipment. You are responsible to load and unload the equipment to the proper place and leaving the facility in the same condition you found it. If you have a large order, we suggest you bring several people!
All Law Enforcement training shall be conducted in the spin room or other designated spaces. Hard baseballs hockey sticks, similar hardened sports equipment, handcuffs or batons are strictly forbidden. For the Gymnasium Standard Operating Procedure, click here.
Please check our reservation calendar for availability before submitting a request. 15 days prior notice is required for your request to be accepted.
