    Here you go folks, the updated spin schedule for Sector NY. All “bikes” are first come first riding so get to class on-time and ready to go. Bring a towel, you will work up a sweat!

    If you think you are not in shape for the class, than this class is for you! All levels of fitness will get the workout they need so fear not, show up, have some fun and get a great workout! Contact MWR at 718-354-4407 for more information.

    Wednesday: 6:15 AM - 7:15 AM and 11:30 - 12:30

Whether you are seeking the latest in performance training tools, have questions regarding AFLOAT recreation management, or want to represent the Navy in high-level athletic competition — this new website has it all.
